Tammy Hourigan

Tammy leads the Global Agency Relations team at Unilever and is responsible for c.2000 Creative Agency relationships across the world. Her role is to inspire and guide the organisation to build partnerships that unlock the optimum conditions for Creativity and gain access to the very best Creative talent.

Tammy is the current WFA chair for their Agency Management Forum, supporting global advertisers across the world with industry best practice guidance and support.

Prior to joining Unilever, Tammy has worked across various commercial and marketing roles for some of the world’s biggest global companies: Deloitte, Procter & Gamble and Tesco.
